Leinster Fingal Under 16 Girls Team

The Board of the Leinster Hockey Association along with the clubs in Fingal are engaged in a number of projects with a view to strengthening the playing numbers in Fingal.
One of the projects is to establish representative teams at underage levels and to play a number of games against other similar representative teams.
This is the inaugural season and the expectation is that an Under 15 team will be assembled for one game. About three squad sessions will take place followed by a game against another representative team. All players will be first or second year students. If 2016 is successful then the age divisions will be extended as will the games for future seasons.
With this aim in view we wish to invite clubs and schools to put forward the names of players who will attend the first session. The coaches and selectors will work on identifying the team to represent Fingal over the following number of weeks.
