Code Of Conduct
The LHA Code of Conduct applies to all players, coaches, managers, umpires and volunteers involved in hockey in Leinster. Each season all clubs and schools must return a signed copy of the document to the LHA Administrator no later than 15th September - email to firstname.lastname@example.org or post to 28 Charlestown Avenue, St Margarets Road, Dublin D11 PW28.
All Yellow and Red Cards issued by umpires in any Leinster Hockey competition should be recorded on the match card and a report sent to :
Executive Officer - email@example.com or posted to address above.
Records are kept of cards issued during each season and brought to the attention of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel.
Club umpires are requested to submit a card report form (see below) to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of the game.
Please note that any player who receives three (3) Yellow Cards will be called before the next Disciplinary Panel Meeting.
