Coach Development Role

There are in excess of 50 coaches and 400+ players involved in the Leinster Hockey Associaiton (LHA) Academy. this is set to grow when extended to the Boys Sections. The LHA is now requesting expressions of interest in a new role being set up which will be responsible for
* leading the development of the coaches involved n the academy from regional development centres through to the high performance inter-provincial squads (eg., U16/18/21s)
*delivering coach education seminars to the Academy coaches
* preparing an appropriate development curriculum for players in the Academy
This role will require someone who has a real interest in development of coaches and who has experience
* as a Coach Tutor (up to and including IHA Level 2 coaching awards or equivalent)
* coaching within a High Performance environment
