LHA Bye Law Review Working Group

The Board of the Leinster Hockey Association (LHA) wish to establish a Working Group to review the current General and Section Bye Laws, prepare a report and suggest amendments for the 2016 AGM. During the last year the three Section Bye Laws were revamped into a single document. However there are still various differing regulations but the hope would be for further consolidation with a singular approach.

The AGM will be held in late April and it is hoped to circulate any proposed amendments in mid March.
The Working Group will consist of representatives of the Board, the Ladies, Mens & south East Sections and Sub-Committees as well as other interested parties.
We are also seeking nominations, submissions or suggestions regarding the Bye Laws.
Following an initial face-to-face meeting it would be expected that most of the work would be carried out via email with a possible final meeting to agree the submissions.
