Irish Hockey Awards - Open for Nominations

It's awards season!Everyone in the hockey community is invited to nominate in each of the relevant categories for the 2014 Hockey Awards which will be hosted in 2015 (details to be confirmed). Any branch, club, player, official, umpire, administrator, coach or fan can nominate once in each category, the timings for consideration are September 2013 through to August 2014.
The process for the awards is as follows:
Step 1: Public nominate online in each relevant category (nominations close 13th February 2015)
Step 2: Nominations checked to ensure they meet minimum guidelines / set criteria
Step 3: Public votes 1-4 in each category
Step 4: The top 3-5 in each category is sent to a specialised committee to review and select winner
Step 5: The following category winners will be announced in advance of the event and invited to attend
a. U18 Club Player (M&F)
b. Coach of the year
c. Umpire of the year
d. Volunteer of the year
e. Hockey School of the year
f. Developing Club of the year
This is your chance to recognise and vote for the players, coaches, umpires and volunteers that contribute so much to make hockey in Ireland what it is today
