Volunteers Required

Once again we are appealing to Clubs to assist in the running of both Leinster Cup finals and Inter-pro Weekends.
Last season we had a very good response from most Clubs, who assisted with the many tasks involved in running successful tournaments. All Clubs who provided bodies were entered into a draw for hockey equipment and the draw was held at the AGM with Corinthian were the lucky winners.
The next event is the Girls U16 and U18 Inter-pro to be held in Grange Road on 16th / 17th and 18th October. The slots involved will be
Friday 16th Slot 1 12:00 to 15:45
Slot 2 15:30 to 19:00
Saturday 17th Slot 1 9:30 to 13:00
Slot 2 13:00 to 16:00
Sunday 18th Slot 1 8:30 to 12:00
Slot 3 12:00 to 15:00
Ideally we would require 4 people per slot. Slots will be allocated on a first come basis. Should a greater number of volunteers become available we will introduce a third slot and reduce the hours accordingly.
All volunteers should wear warm and waterproof clothing. Volunteers will be provided with an identifying bib and provided with food and drink vouchers. Tasks involved will include gate, stewarding and assisting with running the tournament. Support and supervision will be provided by members of the Leinster board. All volunteers have indicated that they enjoyed the experience.
Many thanks to those Clubs that have assisted in the past. Can we call on your support once again. Volunteers can also cheer on club members who may be on the Leinster or South East squads.
