Ladies Fixtures Meeting Season 2015-16 24th June

The annual Ladies Fixtures Meeting will take place on 24th June at 7.30pm in Pembroke Wanderers
It is mandatory for all clubs to attend this meeting.

Fixtures Meeting Protocol
- Every club must attend - if you do not attend then your opposition will decide venue and you have no come-back
- All attendees must sign the attendance sheet
- Every attendee must have a copy of their club fixtures with them
- Please wear a club top or club name tag as this makes it easier.
- Do not leave the meeting without speaking to a member of the Fixtures Committee first.
- Weddings/Special events/School trips - talk to your opposition now and bring fixtures forward if necessary. Do not write to the Fixtures Committee asking for a postponement as the answer will be no.
Please do not send anyone from your club to the meeting without clearly explaining to them how the fixtures meeting works.
Taking into account some of the feedback from last season re fixtures we have done the following this season.
- Rounds 1,2 and 3 of divisional cups are on Saturday as usual but there are no league fixtures scheduled for these cup days
- There is a slightly longer break at Christmas to allow for bad weather.
- The last fixture for the season is currently scheduled for the Saturday after Easter.
- Cup Final dates have to be confirmed but we are looking at dates within two weeks of season end, subject to venue availability.
