Connacht Hockey seek part time Development Officer

Connacht Hockey is looking to appoint a Development Officer (contract of approx 1 day per week)
The development officer will have overall responsibility for Connacht hockey strategic direction, development and growth, in line with IHA plans. The officer will also be required to offer coaching plans and coaching assistance to clubs and provincial teams.
The candidate will be required to spend some time with all clubs in the Connacht area, assisting
• Hold a minimum Level 1 coaching qualification (ideally level 2 or higher)
• Have one year coaching experience (ideally more)
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
• Have excellent communication skills
