Monkstown HC seek 1st XI Coach

Monkstown Hockey Club are seeking applications for the position of Men's 1st XI Coach for the 2015-16 season.
In what will be a very exciting time for both Monkstown Hockey Club and Irish Hockey, the successful applicant will have the unique opportunity to build upon the success of the last three seasons as Irish Hockey League Champions where they will coach the team in the inaugural full Irish Hockey League.
As IHL Champions the Men's 1st XI will also be Irelands No 1 representative for Europe 2015-16.
The position provides the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual who is motivated to coach at the highest level.

- Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner with players and coaching/management team
- Implementing a training structure that will continue to progress the Men's 1st XI
- Ability to prepare training plans specific to improvement or upcoming fixtures
- Capable of continuing to develop and integrate junior players into the 1st team
- Strong technical knowledge of individual and team principles including techniques, tactics, coaching trends and developments in the game
- Competent understanding and application of video analysis
