Enniscorthy Hockey Club are organising a hockey session for adults who have never played hockey before but would like to give it a go on a social basis.We will show you the basics of how to play for the first few weeks and then just run it as a social game. This is not just for parent's of hockey players so if you have any friends male or female let them know about it. It will prob cost €5 per play to cover pitch hire depending on numbers.
It's a good healthy fun way to get fit, loose weight or just to meet people! So please pass the word along. gum shield & shin guards would be advised. Sticks will be provided so anyone with spare/old adult sticks and willing to donate them please feel free to do so.
We hope to start this up on Friday 14th November from 8.30-9.30. We will be playing on a third of the pitch so even if you think you are not fit enough we won't be pushing you (too hard!) It's all in the name of fun!!
