Ladies Section Bye Laws - Part 6 Cup Competitions - Rule 39
Please read the above, some important points are;
Rule 34 e. Note: star players do not apply to the cup competition.
Rule 39 p. Each member of any competing team shall be a bona fide member of the club and shall have played in at least part of one league match before the first round or at least part of two league matches before subsequent rounds in the current season.
Rule 39 k. There shall be no replays in any rounds of any of the cup competitions. Drawn matches shall go to extra time provided the umpires decide the conditions permit. Up to 2 periods of extra time of 5 minutes each shall be played under the Rules of the Silver Goal. If the teams are tied at the end of extra time, a penalty stroke competition shall decide the outcome.

Rule 39 o. This Bye Law will be replaced by the following guideline with immediate effect;
Match Cards/ Results
a. Completed match cards for the Hon. Registration Secretary must be received within four (4) days of the match. Late or incomplete match cards will incur a fine
b. Teams submitting match cards with incorrect surnames will be deemed to be âplaying an unregistered memberâ
c. Clubs should return results via text message within four hours of the completion of the game.
d. Late return of match results will incur a fine.
e. Disputed results on the web site will be decided with reference to the match card.
f. Clubs are also requested to enter times/venues of home games on the web by 1pm on the Monday prior to the game.
Note: Match cards are the primary record with respect to team registration and results and must be signed by Captains and Umpires. In the event of a dispute, the match card will be taken by the Ladies Committee as an accurate representation of the game and its result.
