Leinster U16 Girls retain Interprovincial Title

After four games a nil all draw was enough for the Leinster Under 16 Girls to retain the Interprovincial title in Lisnagarvey this weekend. Huge congratulations to the squad (click here) and management team of Sarah Scott, Ian Clarke, Wendy Byrne and Jane Coyne.In the Under 18 tournament, Ulster took the title following their 2 - 0 win over Leinster yesterday. The Leinster U18 squad finished second.
While results may not have gone the way of the South East teams neither squad could be faulted for their effort and commitment over the weekend.
The Board of the Leinster Hockey Association would like to thank all the players, coaches, managers and support personnel who worked so hard before and during the tournament. A big shout out to all the parents and supporters who travelled to Ulster to support all our teams.
