IHL Motion passed at IHA EGM

The IHA EGM took place on Sunday morning at the Stillorgan Park Hotel to discuss and vote on proposals from the IHA Board in respect of an All Ireland League. There were nearly 50 delegates representing clubs and provinces in attendance.
After much debate two options were put to the floor.
Option 1 - Do you support the recommended IHL Option 1?
(MEN: Full IHL 1 & Full IHL 2 ; WOMEN: Full IHL 1 & IHL 2 end of season)
22 voted yes / 21 voted no so with just a 51% majority the option was defeated.
Option 2 - Do you support the recommended IHL Option 2?
(MEN: Full IHL 1 & IHL 2 end of season; WOMEN: Full IHL 1 & IHL 2 end of season)
36 voted yes / 5 voted no with a 87% majority the option was carried.
