A Brilliant Weekend for the Development Programme

The Girls Interprovincial Tournament provided another fantastic opportunity for players across Leinster and Leinster South to compete at representative level and put into practice the work they have completed throughout the season.

The weekend was also a fitting way to bring together a Development Programme season that has included regular training, competitive fixtures, district hockey, the Hague Tournament and a wide range of development opportunities for players across the province.

A huge congratulations to all four squads and to every player and staff member involved throughout the tournament. The commitment, hard work and determination shown throughout the weekend was fantastic to see.

We would also like to thank all the coaches, managers, volunteers, officials, families and supporters who helped make the tournament such a memorable occasion, particularly with the competition taking place on home soil at Three Rock Rovers.

Finally, a huge thank you to our dedicated Development Programme sponsors, AerCap, whose continued support helps us provide meaningful opportunities for young players to train, compete and represent Leinster and Leinster South throughout the season.

A massive well done to everyone involved on a brilliant weekend and a fantastic season within the Leinster Hockey Development Programme!
