LHA Junior Age Group Squads Co-Ordinators and Managers
The LHA is responsible for the management and development of players in the Leinster region who have the potential to play for Leinster on a Junior Age Group team – up to Under 21s
Given the large numbers of players being put forward for development a co-ordinator is required to manage the logistics associated with running the inter provincial development centres.
The role requires an individual who is highly organised, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Ideally the person would have a prior history of sports management and experience of working within the club and/or school hockey structures in Leinster. The role requires an individual who can work independently, taking ownership and responsibility for the activities.
In addition a number of teams are looking for team managers for the summer months through to the competitions scheduled to take place in September this year. Prior experience of team management in a competitive environment is essential for the team management roles.
