End of Year Forum - Monday 16th April

The end of year open forum for girls clubs will take place on Monday 16-April
This is an opportunity for clubs to come forward with feedback on the season and suggestions for next year. Holding it before the LHA AGM will allow clubs time to think about by-law changes they want to propose.
We'd welcome views on topics you would like discussed - Please feel free to complete the google form before next Sunday 15th April
Suggestions for discussion received so far have included the following
- Division of the leagues by age (e.g. U17, U15, U13) and not be class/peer group
- Bring in a league for U13s (e.g. 5th & 6th Class)
- Bring in an 11-a-side league for 1st Years
- Increase the number of matches -and/or play home/away
- Remove the Cross-over games between sections
- Remove the 'Shield' competition
- Allowing 'over' age players play down (e.g. play a 3rd year on a minor team or a 14yr old on an U13 team)
- Restrict the leagues to non-representative players (e.g. no Leinster/Irish players)
- Restricting players to one team per club when they reach age 15 - e.g. play ladies or juniors, not both
- Restrict leagues to non EYHL, Division 1, 2 or 3 players
- Allowing Juniors play for more than one club (e.g. for a senior club)
- Change the Leinster Cup competition to U15 (so no overlap with ladies)
- Bring in another Cup competition
