Ladies Section Liaison Meeting ** Reminder

The Leinster Ladies Committee invite all clubs to attend this season's Ladies Liaison Meeting on
16th February in Pembroke Wanderers HC at 8pm
Please note that this is an informal forum and some of the topics that may be discussed include -
REGISTRATIONS-simplify registrations, define cut-off for international status, definition and implementation of float status / consider unlimited registrations on lowest team. Getting tied to a team / when not eligible to play at lower levels. Feedback on new "add player" on lowest team. FIXTURES – review new rules in 2017. Deciding tied cup games.
LEAGUE STRUCTURES The absence of demotion and its effects. The future / ongoing impact of EYHL / number of Leinster teams participating. Promotion to Div 1, L1xi teams in lowest divisions. See submission from Wicklow and Portane attached.
CUP COMPETITIONS JP shield for division for EYHL/Div1 7 Div 2. LHA trophy.
UMPIRING. How to develop skill sets / insured/ Garda vetted.
TECHNOLOGY Electronic match cards. Electronic cross check of registrations. Communication / Sharing ideas and experiences across clubs.
BEING INVOLVED Future representation at committee and board level / nominations. Getting a wider group involved at Leinster level.
AGM - any items for submission / motions.
Note; This is a Discussion Forum - there are no votes/decisions as per our bye laws but a straw poll of attendees for feedback purposes may be taken if relevant. This is an open invitation to any club member and more than one person can attend from each club.
