As we hit the half way mark of the season, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all our fantastic committees, working groups & volunteers for your time and commitment this year.
Leinster teams have had great success with all our teams performing excellently at Interprovincial Tournaments; our Junior Women, Under 21 Men, Under 21 Women and Under 18 Girls all winning their respective competitions. My thanks to the management teams for their work ensuring our athletes are so well prepared for these events.
Our Junior numbers continue to improve with increased participation for both boys and girls and more competitive games than ever before. I'm also delighted to see the return of the Ladies Indoor Competition which will run alongside the Men's League.
On behalf of myself, the Board of the Leinster Hockey Association and our Administrator Claire Kelly, I would like to wish the Leinster Hockey Community a Peaceful & Happy Christmas and may you all get the right results in 2017!
