Forbes Vigors RIP

It is with great sadness that we heard of the untimely death of Wicklow HC club member and stalwart Forbes Vigors.
Forbes embodied Wicklow Hockey Club and has done enormous work to help bring the Club to where it is today. His passion and enthusiasm for the sport both on and of the pitch was infectious and indeed he had recently agreed to assist the Branch with a review of our Bye Laws.
He will be sadly missed by all Hockey friends and supporters.
On behalf of the President Crozier Deane, Board members and the entire Leinster Hockey Community I would like to offer our deepest sympathy to the Vigors family especially his wife Carmel, daughters Evie and Grace, extended family and friends and to the Committee and Members of Wicklow Hockey Club.
May he Rest in Peace.
