Ladies Vets Info for new Clubs

If your club is interested in entering a team into the ladies vets league please let me know, the following is what you need to know and what I need to know:
All players must be over 35 and NOT playing in Div 1 and 2.
You may play 2 players (in any one match) who are 30 to 34 but are currently not playing league.
Matches are played midweek no earlier than 7pm but the majority are played on a Friday night. All matches are 20 minutes each way and short corners are only played if both teams have keepers and also by agreement. Each team must have an umpire.
The entry fee depends on the number of matches played and where you play them. The average is about â¬400 per team per annum which includes an admin fee of â¬50.
What I need to know is the following:
The name, email address and contact numbers of the person in charge.
What night(s) your club can host matches.
What time(s) can you host matches.
How much you charge per hour and if this is to be split between the 2 teams playing.
Do you rent your pitch out to clubs even if your club is not playing.
What night(s) would you prefer to play on.
