South East Junior Interprovincial Trials
December 02, 2013
The South East Section are delighted to announce that the South East Trials are starting earlier this year.
Schedule is as follows:
Sunday 15th December 2013 at 2pm at Kilkenny College on the second pitch. I am aware that this clashes with re-fixes between Kilkenny and Enniscorthy, but we hope any players could join in afterward. Note will be taken of anyone who has just played a match, don't worry!
Weekend of January 4th/5th in Enniscorthy, Hopefully Sunday around 11am-2pm, This is still TBC
Weekend date TBC in Waterford.
Further Trials TBC as necessary.
We said last year we wanted to start early to allow friendly matches and further team sessions in advance of the tournament. The best possible way of showing just how necessary the South East are for the development of Hockey is by going and winning the interprovincial tournament 2014, and rest assured that is our aim.
Please spread the word to anyone who might be interested and kindly confirm to me via e-mail at tristanlynas@gmail.com or by pm on facebook by the 10th December 2013 please so we have an idea of numbers.
I can deal with any queries with regard to eligibility as they arise, but basically if you are over 18, and have not represented Leinster or Ireland at any level above U-16, and have a connection through club/birth/or parents to the South East then you can play.
Regards,
Tristan Lynas
