There have been a number of queries regarding the early finish to Divisions 1-3. The February 15th finish is due to the IHA calendar which is largely without the Mens Committees control.
Clubs have been emailed to ascertain their position on playing a separate competition in March allowing for the cups and all else that goes on.
The Committee are studying various formats but all roads lead back to how many teams are involved and to that extent I would require expressions of interest. It would involve all available Saturdays in March and the following teams are eligible
Div 1 All non IHL
Div 2 All teams
Div 3 All teams
We would obviously not anticipate two teams from the same club ie Weston would put one team in even though they have a team in Div 2 and 3.
We would be grateful for a swift reply to the following
1 Are your club interested yes/no
2 Would you be willing to nominate someone to assist in the organisation of the tournament.
Please advise as soon as possible
