Gaining Admin Access on Gameday for Your Team or Club

As we continue to adjust to the new Gameday system, we understand that it may take some time to become familiar with the platform. One area where some clarification may be helpful is the process of gaining admin access for your club or team.
One of the most important aspects of the new Gameday system is keeping your club’s fixtures and results up to date. To do this, you will need admin access to your team or club, allowing you to update fixture times, enter results and manage match information.
Creating a Gameday Passport
The first step is to visit the Gameday Passport website. You can access the link below or search for “Gameday Passport” using a search engine such as Google.
Once you click the link, you will be brought to the login screen. If you have already created a Gameday Passport, you can skip to the section on requesting admin access below.
To create an account, click the Register button located underneath the login section. You will then be brought to a registration page where you can enter your name and email address and create a password for your account.
Once you have completed the registration process, you can move on to requesting admin access. Please note that creating a Gameday Passport does not automatically grant you access to your team or club.
Requesting Admin Access
Once you have created your Gameday Passport, the next step is to request access to the specific team or club you are involved with. For example, if you are a manager or coach with Avoca Women’s EYHL 2 Qualifier team, you can request access to that team. If you are involved with multiple teams, you can request access to each of them.
To request access, send an email to admin@leinsterhockey.ie. Please include your name and email address associated with your Gameday Passport, your club name and the team or teams you require access to. Please also specify if you require access at club level.
Once you have sent your email, Leinster Hockey will arrange the relevant access. You will receive a reply confirming when access has been granted. Our inbox is monitored Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
Logging Back In
Once your access has been granted, return to the Gameday Passport website and log back in using your account details.
You will then be brought to the screen shown below. Simply select the relevant option to access your team or club and begin updating fixtures, entering results and managing match information.
