LSSG 1st Year Finals Day

A fantastic morning of cup finals took place at Rathdown School on Wednesday, with four finals contested across the 1st Year A, B, C and D Leagues. Played in an 8v8 format, each game showcased some great hockey and a brilliant atmosphere throughout the day.
Below are the winners and runners-up from each final. Congratulations to all players, coaches and wider school staff who took part in what was a hugely enjoyable Finals Day.

Winners: Rathdown School 3
Runners-up: St Kilian’s
With over 150 players involved across the four leagues, it was a fantastic campaign from start to finish, capped off by an excellent Finals Day. The 1st Year players will now progress to the 11-a-side format in the New Year.
