LHA Development Programme: Expression of Interest

Leinster Hockey is excited to open expressions of interest for coaches, managers, video analysts, and general administrative support staff. These roles, which may be paid or voluntary, will assist at matches and tournaments throughout the season.
With an enhanced Development Programme for 2026 — including the return of our U20/U21 squads, alongside our U16 and U18 Leinster Development Programmes, and the introduction of U14 District/Regional Pathways — there are plenty of opportunities to get involved and make an impact.
Leinster Hockey is also committed to coach development and supporting aspiring coaches, with a particular focus on encouraging young female coaches, who remain underrepresented in many representative hockey teams in Ireland.
