The Role:
As the 2nds Team Coach, you will: 
- Lead training sessions (Monday & Wednesday) to develop players' skills, tactics, and fitness in conjunction with 1sts Team coach
- Create game strategies and provide guidance during matches. 
- Foster a positive team culture and encourage player development. Work closely with club officials to support the team's and the club's overall success.

Qualifications and Skills: Minimum qualification required:

• Hockey Ireland Level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent as recognised by the IFIH.
• Candidates must have experience of coaching at international level or Head coach of a provincial team.
• The candidate must show a track record of success and achievement in a previous hockey role at school, provincial or international level.

Bray HC are seeking a Coach for the upcoming season for our Men's 1st XI.  The team play in Leinster Division 1 and are looking to progress our young squads towards EYHL2 in the future.

The position would involve coaching Tuesday & Thursday nights and attending matches on weekends, mostly Saturdays.  Pre-season starting in July/August, up to the end of the season in April.

Suitable candidates must 

- Relevant coaching qualifications/experience

- Subject to Garda Vetting

- Compliant with Code of Ethics & Club Code of Conduct
