Leinster Boys Squads announced for opening Interpro Weekend

It’s hard to believe but we’re finally getting started with the 2021-2 Interprovincial Series – and it’s great to be back!  The last number of months have been challenging for players and management due to Covid 19 restrictions and we are delighted to have the support of AerCap sponsoring our Development Programme.
Following discussions and consultations over the last number of months the format for the U16/18 and U21 competitions has been revised and matches will take place throughout the season with a finals day for each age group in 2022.
The first inter-provincial matches are taking place in Newtown School on Sunday 3rd October between Leinster and Munster boys under 16 and under 18. Â The under 21 game has been postponed. Â The Girls series of matches commence the following weekend.
The Leinster and Leinster South match day squads are selected from a panel of players who have participated in development in recent months.Â
The very best of luck to all teams, coaches and managers. Â You have trained really hard and prepared well for this competition. Â The whole panel has played an important role in the lead into these games and will continue to do so throughout the season. Â It is an honour to represent your province and you should go out and enjoy the occasion.

- The campus is a smoke free zone - no animals other than guide-dogs are permitted
