2019-20 Dev Player Nominations

Player Nominations : Adult, Under 21 & Junior Age Groups

Clubs and schools will shortly be asked to nominate players to participate in assessment trials and development for 2019-20 programmes.

For the U14/U16/U18/U21 panels, assessments this year will be done based on Year of Birth as opposed to School Year or Class Group. This will align us better with the national programmes and will allow the older players from primary school come into the development programme at entry level.

There will be a limit to the number of players that can be assessed, or included in development panels - and if necessary the number of players from any one school or club may be capped to 4 or 6 depending on the level the club or school compete at.

Players who are nominated for the Adult (Junior) inter-provincial squads must be over 18 on 01st July 2018.
