Leinster Under 18 Boys Interprovincial Nominations

The Leinster Boys Under 18 Management team is inviting clubs and schools to nominate players for this years Interprovincial Squad.
Please note the players must be Under 18 on the 01st January 2015 and they must be of a potential standard for the Interprovincial Tournament. When submitting player names the following information MUST be included :
1. Player Name
2. Player date of birth
3. Player Club and/or School
4. Contact number for players parent/guardian
5. Email contact for players parent/guardian
6. Playing position
7. Group the player falls into (see below);
Group One - Under 16 or Under 18 International this season
Group Two - Under 18 Interpo last year (but not international)
Group Three - Under 16 Interpro last year
Group Four - None of the above
If your club/school is submitting players for both Under 16 & Under 18 squads - please send a separate email per squad quoting the relevant squad in the subject to admin@leinsterhockey.ie.
NB ; In the initial stages all notification will be through the Leinster Hockey Website and players will NOT receive individual mails to advise them of times and arrangements.
