Leinster Hockey clubs and players enjoyed a great day at the Irish Hockey Awards 
on Friday, 21st March. Congratulations to all the award winners :
Senior Club Women's Player - Kate Dillon (Railway Union HC)
Senior Club Men's Player - Gareth Watkins (Monkstown HC)
Club of the Year - Monkstown Hockey Club
Developing Club of the Year - Wicklow Hockey Club
Under 18 Girls Player of the Year - Sara Twomey (Hermes HC)
Under 18 Boys Player of the Year - Lee Cole (Monkstown HC)
Coach of the Year - Graham Shaw (Monkstown HC/Rathdown School)
Volunteer of the Year - Inez Cooper (Loreto HC)
Hockey School of the Year - Mount Anville
Umpire of the Year - Fiona Davitt
Women's Players' Player of the Year - Emma Smyth (Railway Union HC)
Men's Players' Player of the Year - David Harte
Presidents Award - Doreen Howe (Suttonian HC)
Four Irish Hockey legends were also inducted into the IHA Hall of Fame :
Noelle Branagan, John McKee, Joanne Quinn & Jimmy Kirkwood.
