Irish Hockey Awards

The Annual Irish Hockey Awards take place this Friday in The Stillorgan Park Hotel. Winners of seven categories have already been announced and a further three will be announced at the event.
There are 13 categories in total and a Hall of Fame which will see four new 
inductees with Jimmy Kirkwood, Joanne Menown, John McKee and Noelle Branagan becoming members this year.

Men’s Players Player& Women’s Players Player This award is announced at the event itself and is voted on by the senior squad for their choice of player’s player.
President’s Award This award is announced at the event and is decided upon at the sole discretion of the President to recognise an individual for their outstanding contribution to the sport of hockey.
