LHA Review Panel - Questionnaire

As part of the process by which the then three existing Branches were to be merged, a Heads of Agreement was drawn up and signed on behalf of all the members of the Merger Committee on behalf of their respective Branches. One of the undertakings provided for in that document was that there would be a review of the operation of the merged entity after it had been in place for three years. That time has now arrived and the Board of the LHA has set up a Review Committee of which I am the Chairperson.
The Committee held its first meeting on 20 January 2014. The Committee has already examined various aspects of the operation of the LHA and is developing the framework for its future enquiries.
As one of the first steps in the process the Committee wants to gather a broadly based opinion on how the progress of the merger has gone to date. To that end a questionnaire is enclosed which your Club /School is requested to complete and return by the stated deadline. The information you provide is important, and will enable the Committee to take into account a wide variety of opinions when developing its programme of review and later producing its report to the Board of LHA. To that end the Committee will also be in touch with other sections of the Branch to ensure that it obtains as wide a level of feedback as is possible.
