Irish Under 16 & Under 18 Management Teams Announced

Congratulations to Gareth Borland and Sarah Scott who have been appointed as the Irish Under 18 Boys Assistant Coach and Girls Under 16 Assistant Coach respectively.  Gareth is the current Under 18 Head Coach and he previously coached the Under 16 Boys for two years.  Sarah is the Leinster Girls Under 16 Coach.

Irish Hockey are delighted to announce the appointments of the JAG coaching teams for 2013/14 who will work in close alignment with our Senior National Coaches Andrew Meredith and Darren Smith.  The U16 Girls have already had two training camps following the squad selection at the recent Interpos in Cork and the U18 Girls will get together for the first time on Sunday 1st December.  This will give their new coach Graeme Francey an opportunity to access the talent. 

The 16 and 18's Boys Interpros will be hosted by Ulster in Mossley Hockey Club next weekend (22nd - 24th November).  Coaches Ricky Lee & Andy Smyth together with National Coach Andrew Meredith will all be in attendance throughout the weekend to view the talent on display.
