Vote for H3 - The Coca Cola Thank you Fund
September 09, 2013
With the support of the Coca-Cola Thank-You Fund, Irish Hockey is hoping to run H3 (Healthy
Heart Hockey) which is a new physical well-being programme delivered to communities all over Ireland. H3 will celebrate the benefits of an active lifestyle, provide nutritional education and offer an opportunity to try hockey and attend both local and national fun game-based festivals. The main target group will be teenagers and young adults.
Aims:
The Sports Leader will be provided with an educational pack and equipment which will provide them with everything they need to deliver H3. All participants will then be invited to take part in a regional and a national hockey festival which will be run as a participation based event with no winner or no medals - taking part is the reward! The festival will cater for a range of age groups and abilities.
