Geoff Conn - upgraded and off to New Delhi

Congratulations to LHUA and Irish umpire Goff Conn who has been upgraded to the World 
Development Panel by the FIH following his performances at the recent Eurohockey Nations Championships and the Hamburg Masters in Germany.
In addition to being upgrated, Geoff has also been appointed to the Hockey World League Finals in New Delhi next January.
