Junior Girls Club Hockey (Leinster)

We would like to draw your attention to the following key notices and dates for your junior girls club hockey this season.
Tue 10-Sep: League & Cup Entries Closing Date
- Please return the entry form to this email address: leinstergirlsclubhockey@gmail.
com - You should review the consolidated competition rules and regulations when deciding how many teams to enter in each competition
- You are best positioned to know which level (e.g. A/B/C/D) your teams are capable of playing at - but we may need to adjust some teams up/down a level to ensure a balance across the various leagues. To do this we will reference last year's competition results to help us agree on this. However, you will know your players capabilities and whether or not you have lost/gained players this season. If we are suggesting a change we will be in contact with you.
Wed 18-Sep: Annual Fixtures Meeting, Pembroke HC at 8pm
- A provisional fixtures list will issue for leagues and cups in
advance of the meeting - Note that the hall will be in use before 8pm and we would ask that you hold off on entering before that time
Sun 06-Oct: First Registration deadline.
- Please return all registrations using the attached registration form to this email address
- Please see the calendar for further dates re changes
- Note that we are asking you to register non-league players for the first time
Sun 15-Dec: Return all Cups & Shields from 2012-13 Season.
- Please return the shields and cups to the administrator
- Trophies & Shields should be engraved with winning club's name and year of the final (e.g. 2013)
