Club Registration for 2013-14 Season

Entry forms for all senior teams for the 2013-14 season have now been sent to Club Secretaries and must be returned before 04th June 2013. Special attention should be given to the Club Officer details in particular to the Children's Officers and Designated Person.
There are separate forms for Leinster Ladies/South East Clubs and the Leinster Men's Clubs. While a number of clubs are in fact merged there are often different personnel in charge of the various functions for the Men's and Ladies Sections.
Completed forms should be returned to admin@leinsterhockey.ie
