Pre season notice for all club sections

In preparation for the new season I just wanted to touch base with all clubs regarding procedures for match times, results etc.,
Match Times for all Senior League & Cup Games must be updated on the LHA website no later than the Monday before the fixture. Fines will automatically issue on Tuesday morning for match times not updated. If approval has been received to refix games, these must also be updated on the website by the home team. Fine €20.00 per game.
Text results for all ladies/junior games must be returned within three hours of the final whistle. In the case of Junior Section games (Sunday evenings). For men's section games results will automatically submit if correctly filled out.
Fines will automatically issue for results not returned and will issue on Tuesdays. Fine €20.00 per result.
All clubs have access to their fixtures in the LHA Admin Area. Logins and passwords are unchanged from last season - please contact me if you are unsure about your login/password. One login/password per club regardless of how many sections (Men's, Ladies, Jnr Boys, Jnr Girls).
For those sections using the text result service (Ladies, Juniors) I am attaching a copy of the text result prompt sheet. Please ensure your results officer has a copy of same. Note - the result officers for your clubs are those returned on your Club Registration Form. If this changes during the season the onus is on each club to advise me.
